IUConvert

IUConvert is Windows and Linux/Unix/*nix desktop application used to automatize process of conversion of your website as most users are not familiar with HTML and/or PHP and we think that they don't need to be familiar with HTML/PHP.

When you open IUConvert you should see something like this. First thing you need to do is to choose first file of web site, and that is in most cases file named index.php or index.html. Note that IUConvert's Open Dialog will display only .php files by default, but you can force it to show all files (including .html files) by entering * (asterisk) in the file name field and pressing [ENTER] on your keyboard, like displayed in this image.

After you have chosen your site's first file, it'll be automatically added to the list below and BASE_PATH for Instant Update header will be calculated from this file's level (so we assume that this file is on the same level as manage/ folder - in the root of web site). Now you need to add all other pages from your website and press “Convert!” button. Once you press this button IUConvert will convert all pages and add IU header and footer inside selected files. You are advised to backup all files before converting them with IUConvert.

Note
Make sure not to add files which are included from other files to IUConvert. These are all config files, navigation menu files, etc. For example, these can be: config.php, connection.php, navigation.php, menu.php, meta.php, etc.
